Maureen M. Deskins has enjoyed a long and successful legal career handling a wide variety of legal matters in an array of settings. Throughout her career, she has worked as a defense lawyer, plaintiff’s attorney, and in-house corporate counsel handling a wide variety of matters including catastrophic personal injury liability, wrongful death, sexual assault, premises liability, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, products liability, employment law, contractual disputes, and other related litigation.
